We usually reply within a few hours, every day from 8 am to 10 pm. You see the deadline for the work before you pay, and we send you a confirmation as soon as a caretaker accepts the order.
Contact us in the app or at contact@oaza-mira.app. If the work was not done as ordered, we first re-perform it at our expense and add goodwill credit to your account; you can ask for money where the law gives it to you. We reply in writing within 15 days at the latest.
